The OWL Car is the official newsletter of the WISE Division. It is published about 8 times a year containing information on WISE Division activities as well as activities at the other surrounding regions and divisions.
A subscription to the hardcopy newsletter is free to all NMRA members residing within the WISE Division boundaries.

All issues are available in either PDF or HTML. The webmaster recommends that individuals who access the Internet with dialup modems use the HTML version.
